Making Radio Waves: ‘The Long and the Sport of It’

Our very own Jamie Hamill made his radio debut on a cold and wet Tuesday afternoon in Bristol. But could he produce a performance?

“So Miles, where would one catch a Turbot?”
“…The Sea”

That’s the kind of liquid banter you can expect from ‘The Long and the Sport Of It’, the radio show I present on Burst Radio with a couple of friends here in Bristol. Every week we take a debate/quiz show approach to the biggest questions in the sporting world. But don’t worry, we’ll invariably relate everything to football!

Listen to a repeat of the show here: http://burstradio.org.uk/shows/the-long-and-sport-of-it/

Tune in next week when we’ll be discussing the events of the weekend (I’m predicting Chelsea’s inevitable hammering of Man Utd. to feature greatly) and trying to break the radio record for saying “umm”!
